National Communications & Content Manager

SWOP is Australia’s leading high-quality second-hand clothing store located in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Since 2013 SWOP has curated a seasonal selection of pieces that have been exchanged for cash or store credit.

As the National Communications and Content Manager at SWOP I have been responsible for all content production, execution and distribution across the brand’s social platforms in an organic and paid capacity.

Since joining the team I have taken the lead on all social content from ideation to production and distribution as well as developing and enhancing SWOP’s online product offering through e-commerce.

I have managed all CRM for the brand across website, live chat, email and social messaging touch-points.

My responsibilities carry across to all strategy, communications, marketing, PR, partnership and design facets for the business.

Since being at SWOP online sales have increased by $261%. From Q3 '23 to Q1 '24 online sales have increased by a total of 350.6%.

Since August 2023 SWOP’s Instagram social reach has increased by 897% and follower growth by 25%.
